Background

This project was a Self-Build house and we were involved from a very early stage with the client assisting them with our extensive experience in the self-build and development markets. We helped ensure costly mistakes weren’t made and that structured planning was brought across the whole project.

Our Solution
As well as advising on many aspects of the build and how they should integrate with our works we designed the kitchen, prep kitchen/utility, bathrooms and bedrooms in this unusual upside down design. The kitchen/prep & utility along with the master bedroom were located on the first floor of the house and benefited from fantastic views across the Oxfordshire countryside and our designs provided a detailed solution to this clients very specific needs. We assisted the client to ensure no problems occurred and that planning was as detailed as possible.

End Result
The result was a stunning build that would cope with all the growing needs of this couple and create a truly individual property.
